About me
Art of Problem Solving develops educational resources for motivated students in grades 1-12, including textbooks, two nationally accredited online schools, a network of in-person learning centers, and a wide variety of engaging online applications.
We build the tools we wish we had when we were students.
A few of the things I do:
- Manage and grow our National Sales Team through coaching and mentoring Regional Sales Executives.
- Cultivate and maintain partnerships with schools/districts nationwide.
- Serve as principal point of contact for a diverse array of high-value clients, including school administrators and corporate partners.
- Develop interventions and strategies that provide bottom-line impact on key business lines.
- Work collaboratively with various teams to manage client requests, pitch new business, and develop long-term strategic vision for the Sales Team.
- Present/Speak on behalf of the company at conferences and other high-profile events.
Prior to joining AoPS, I had been researching, teaching about, and writing about the factors contributing to the underrepresentation of minorities and women in STEM fields. This formed the basis of my doctoral work in Sociocultural Anthropology at the University of California Santa Barbara.
